Subject: Additional Information IMPORTANT
Hello Ms. Likens,
I am a Florida licensed Attorney. Please read this email in its entirety, as it discloses important information, and I believe I am being retaliated against attempting to expose corruption within the Courts involving guardianships. My situation is unique, because it involves fraud of a state employee, holding his Class C Investigation license with the state of Florida, while serving as an employee to the state agency – The Florida Bar Association & also operating his own private for profit investigation business.
My case also deals with criminal acts that have now been reported to the FBI and local police.
I have sent voluminous requests for the The Florida Bar Board of Governors to investigate this, however, because it could potentially hold them liable, I have been ignored & now they are seeking protective orders to stop me from pursuing discovery on this matter. Thus, I am not getting help from them on this issue. I also seek Whistleblower Protection
The OIG is responsible for activities that promote accountability, integrity, and efficiency in government pursuant to Section 20.055(2), Florida Statutes (F.S.).
Two years ago, I was recognized on the news & spoke throughout the state of Florida, including at the Palm Beach Clerk of Court over the Guardianship Fraud I was seeing within the Court system, that involved Attorneys
Since then, I became a target by the Elder Law Attorneys and Guardians who were committing these acts. Out of retaliation, the Florida Bar disciplinary process was used to further their agenda to get me out of the profession.
The intake attorney for ACAP, who decides which complaints on attorney to pursue, happens to also be a 41 year Elder Law Attorney who knows these other attorneys thru the Elder Law Attorney Division
Complaints were all pursued against me and on January 23, 2023, I was in receipt of the Staff Investigators report for the first time & realized it was a false report. This false report is easy proven false by witnesses who have now issued affidavits, along with tangible evidence. This report was sent to the grievance committee who found probable cause against me
I am not the only attorney this has happened to who has attempted to expose the fraud without the Courts regarding guardianships. This is a huge profit making industry for Attorneys
The State of Florida needs to investigate this, as it is harming the public and other Attorneys like myself, trying to expose and stop it
I am begging someone to please investigate this, investigate what is happening to me
